Job Description Managing customer relationship portfolio, Customer Interaction over phone, Clients calling and emailing, To keep a check on the emails of the consumers on daily basis and resolving their issues, Review customer suggestion, Forwarding the enquiries Desired Candidate Profile Education Qualification- 10th and 12th from CBSC Board UG: B.Com - Commerce, B.B.A - Management, BCA – Computers PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization Graduates from recognized university with a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills, Good command over spoken and written English, Highly proficient with MS Office, Minimum Typing Speed is more than 30 wpm. Candidate from Faridabad (Local) preferred All Documents and Bank statement must be genuine. Only Female candidate required.
