Customer Support Executive – Quality Department ( Only Male)

Responsibilities –

 

  • Answer calls professionally to provide information about products 
  • Keep records of customer interactions ,  recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as  well as actions taken. 
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Qualification – Masters in Food Technology / Bio – Technology / Bio- Chemistry / Microbiology or equivalent degree
