Tele Sales Executive/Customer Support Executive

  • Job Description:
  • Do calling on Data and Generate Leads.
  • Fixing up appointment for client place meeting and explain about the project.
  • Fixing up site visits for clients.
  • Working for accomplishing target. (Both weekly & Monthly)
  • Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a team & should be a team player.
  • Report on calling activities to management.
  • Assist customers via voice, email or chat.
  • Handle queries and complaints of customers.
  • Transaction handling Services, Problem Solving Efficiency.
  • Responsible to deliver high quality and productivity results that meet the identified targets.
  • Ability handle tough situation with customer.
  • Strong ability to multitask and take fast decisions independently.
  • Maintains composure and patience with customers.
  • Correctly follow and implement different quality standards/definition documents.

    • Graduate in any discipline
    • Min 2 years calling experience (total 2-5 yrs)
    • Past experience of Working  in insurance sector, real estate, loan companies etc
