Sales Coordinator

Job Profile:

  • Promote high-quality Sales, Supply and Customer Service processes.
  • Act as point of contact for Customer Coordination and escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Senior Management) to address Customers needs.
  • Maintain Cost Sheet and Price List.
  • Preparing Quotations, Offers, PO’s, etc.
  • Follow-Ups with Clients for Quotations.
  • Email Handling via Outlook / Gmail.
  • MIS, Weekly & Monthly Reports of Sales.
  • Maintaining Sales Records & Sales Files.
  • Email Campaign.
  • Respond to complaints from customers and provide support when required.
  • Inter-Department Coordination.
  • Supporting the sales team with internal sales information.
  • Team Player with a high level of Dedication.
  • Good command over English and Business Communication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail, etc.

IndustryManufacturing - Electrical Equipments (Transformers, Voltage Stabilizers, Rectifier Equipments)

Functional AreaTelesales, Data Entry, Computer Operator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Relationship.

QualificationsB. Tech. / B.E., Graduate or Post Graduate in Sales / Marketing / Business Development. or Candidate with relevant Interest or Experience in Sales Coordination activity may apply.
