We are Looking For ASM * Area Sales Manager* 
Industries  from Soap & Detergent, Home Care, Personal Care, Cosmetic or Non-Food FMCG only.

Job description:-

1. Candidate preference from Soap & Detergent, Home Care, Personal Care, Cosmetic
or Non-Food FMCG only.

2. Candidate must have minimum 7+ years’ experience, out of which minimum 3-4 years
experience working as ASM/ Sr. ASM for Non-food FMCG Company in GT.

3. Dealing with the dealers, distributors, and channel Management & Wholesale

4. Responsible for Primary/Secondary target for the region and growth of business.

5. Coordinate with respective CFA to ensure timely supplies to distributors/direct retailers.

6. Ensuring sufficient stocks with distributors and retailers in the region.

7. Must have excellent knowledge about their territory areas & other surrounding areas.

8. Candidate should have a strong distributor network with retail level geographical
knowledge of the areas.

9. Candidate must have knowledge about how to develop primary as well as secondary
sales in area & able to make distributors/ parties in the area.

10. Improve repeat billing at each of the activated stores

11. Ensure off take of products through store level merchandizing

12. Responsible for area development & business growth.
