PRODUCTION ENGINEER

We are looking for Production Engineer and Maintenance

Responsibilities and Authorities:

1. Production Planning
2. Responsible for Necessary action against Customer Complaint
3. Authorize for Deciding actions on Non- Conforming product
4. All production related activities
5. Planning preventive maintenance activities
6. Executing maintenance
7. Keeping the plant functional at all times
8. Responsible to full fill the Production relted documentation
9. Efficient operation of entire machining, welding, heat treatment process
10. Give regular trainings to staff and motivate them to work as per the work instructions

Accountability:

1. Accountable for all Production Related Activities
2. Accountable for conduct of all workers on the shop floor
3. Accountable for Keeping processes in place to achiene minimal downtime and rejection
4. Accountable to keep morale of the team ongoing to achieve production targets
5. In times of neccessity helping other Department Heads to achieve conformity in their respective processes
