SKILLS Required 
•  Good knowledge about VMC Programming
•  Basic  knowledge about CNC Programming  
•  Good knowledge about CNC & VMC setting
•  HMC, VMC & CNC TURNING operating knowledge with FANUC,
•  Knowledge of 5S, Kaiser & OEE. 
•  Knowledge about manpower handling. 
•  Knowledge about measurement equipment as Vernier calipers,  height gauge,
•  Knowledge of material handling. 

Key Responsibility
Maintain Man power handling, tooling ,fixtures , program correction and programming in CNC and VMC machines.  
Ensuring regular preventive maintenance of machine to ensure smooth running in the shift.  
Coordinating with different departments of the company.  
Attending circle meeting on the shop floor , reducing cycle time of job and line balancing.
Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and time-off requests.  
Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress, train and integrate new workers.
Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.  
Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed or handle customer and employee complaints
