JOBDESCRIPTION
To assist and co-ordinate with the sales team in internal order processing
Coordinate with Customers and internal team for timely delivery
Preparing sales quotations for clients and partners.
Sending the required quotation and follow up for the order with the customer
Efficiently responding and handling any online or telephone queries in a professional manner.
Complaint handling and resolving and taking customer feedbackmso-bidi-font-family:Calibri;color:windowtext">.
Online submitting & negotiating of tenders and contract terms and conditions to meet both client
and company needs.
Co-coordinating for post sales activities like delivery confirmation, payment follow up, C form follow up & confirmation.
Liasoning between other departments and the client to provide the service most
suitable to the clients needs, cost and time restraints
