ü Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
ü Identify customer needs and help customers choose specific yoga programs or services.
ü Develop, maintain and execute demand generation plans aligned with business goals.
ü Develop a deep understanding of customers,products, services, and the buyer’s journey.
ü Work closely with other departments to build cross-functional cohesion.
ü Create personas tied to specific customer needs and preferences.
ü Collaborate with sales and marketing team to build programs that support sales enablement.
ü Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
ü Support for Social Media Content and Design as per customers’ psychology.
