FOUNDRY MANAGER

Foundry Manager
Experience: 10-15 years
Responsibilities
Making Production Targets as per the orders received for timely delivery.
Minimize Rejections and keep them within the approved range.
Maintain and check material quality standards as per the quality standards followed by the company or required by the
customer.

Handling the Team of Supervisors and Engineers and make sure all of them achieve their goals and targets.
Production Planning and RM planning as per orders in advance.
Make immediate material requirement as soon as the orders are received from the customer.
Maintain proper work procedures in all the departments within the foundry section and make sure they are followed.
Co-ordinate with Store department, HR department and Sales & Marketing department for giving all production
updates as and when required.

Make Weekly Production planning and get it approved
Make sure all the goals given by the higher management are achieved in time.
Increase production on monthly basis and keep a track of rejections.
Make weekly and monthly reports as asked by the management.
Responsible for reducing costs of material, labour and increase efficiency f the workers.
Proper training and work schedules to be given to all the team of Engineers and Supervisors.
Basic upkeep of the plant and work area and conditions for maximum output.
Eventually motivate the team and workers to achieve the goals and targets.

Requirements
Good knowledge of All Alloy Castings, CI Graded castings, MS Castings, Ductile Iron Castings, CO2 process,
NO Bake Process.
Good knowledge of Green Sand Moulding, ARPA Plant 450 etc.
Should have enough experience and knowledge of metallurgy and its equipment.
Should have basic knowledge of MS Office, E-mails and ERP softwares for entering the required data.
A good experience of pattern study and methoding process is a must. 
Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.
B.Sc/B.Tech Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
Relevant certifications in quality and related fields will be an advantage. 
Salary: 50-70K
