Candidate Have must be Min. 10+ yearof experience in Sheet metal and Fabricated Industry
Should be well aware with Stamping problems and solutions,RM-HR,CR,High
tensile and special grade RMs,press process-10 t to 400 tn

JOB DESCRIPTION

Team management,internal/external
audits,maintain all key quality parameters with measurables-PPM,red
bin,rejection-inward,inprocess,pdi,cc,capa,effectiveness
monitoring,caliberation,fpal,lpa,petrolling,to attend cc and present their
solution with effectively and timely,daily meetings with
team,trainings,5S,kaizen,penetration,weld process &
record,plating,ced,p.c. controls.display of Key indicators,one point
lession,WI,Procedures.
