PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Description
candidate with minimum 3 years of experience ( diploma holder ).

·       
Contract management with Client, Internal & External Stakeholders and Vendors

·       Client Invoicing, Payments Reconciliation & Follow-up and Techno-commercial management of additions / changes to the Contractual scope

·       Technical Engineering Management, Coordination with other departments for identification and resolution of all technical issues, that need to be addressed for timely delivery of project scope

·       Develop & manage a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

·       Change Management - Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs using appropriate verification techniques

·       Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques and report-out for management attention and necessary action

·       Report and escalate to management, as needed

·       Risk management – Identification, Monitoring & Mitigate / Minimize project risks and contingency management

·       Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

·       Track project performance, to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals of the project and the organization

·       Develop comprehensive project execution plans and share with the clients and internal project team members

·       Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs

·       Very good at clarity, objectivity and expression of spoken and written communication

·       Organized, Meticulous with planning & execution, orientation towards continuous improvement

·       Pleasant personality and shall possess strong ability to stand out and make / prove points worth of attention in favor of project and the organization
