Skills/Knowledge/Qualities Of Customer Care Executive 
1.Strong communication skills to ensure interactions via phone call.
2.Ability to make decisions.
3.Knowledge of Shopify tech backend (Optional)
4.Candidate having Advance excel skills
5.Ability to draft and reply on emails to the customers.
6. Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
7.Ability to resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face.
8.Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
9.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
10.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
11.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
12.Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
13.Salary- lucrative salary as per market standard.
14.Experience- 2-3 plus year
