Experience in the private sector for 05+ years in a corporate setup as an Executive Assistant to Senior Management
2-3 years of experience in corporate setup in secretarial functions, with a good masters degree in business administration in English
1.To be responsible to service the requirement of Cartons, Leaflets and Labels of the customer.
2.On receipt of Order, need to verify all the specification and parameters and raise an IPO.
3.After receipt of order, to confirm the date of dispatch to the customer.
4.Need to coordinate within the organization between the respective departments to
ensure the order is serviced timely and correctly.
5.Keep the customer and the BDM informed about all the details of the material dispatched.
6.Follow up with the customer on the next requirement and raw material planning for the same.
7.Initiate any requirements on the customer on developments.
8.Follow-up with the customer and BDM for the statutory forms.
9.Follow the SOPs laid down for each process and maintain the records as per the requirement.
Based in Faridabad
Compensation : Commensurate with experience. About 25-30k monthly
