Job Description – Sales Coordinator cum EA 

Job Profile

● Promote high-quality Sales, Supply and Customer Service processes. 
● Act as point of contact for Customer Coordination and escalate issues as appropriate.
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Senior Management) to address 
Customers needs.
● Maintain Cost Sheet and Price List.
● Preparing Quotations, Offers, PO’s etc.
● Follow Ups with Clients for Quotations.
● Email Handling via Outlook / GMail.Maintaining Sales Records & Sales Files.
● Email Campaign.
● Respond to complaints from customers and provide support when required.
● Inter- Department Coordination.
● Supporting the sales team with internal sales information. 
● Team Player with a high level of Dedication.
● Good command over English and Business Communication.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, GMail etc.

Qualifications : Graduate or Post Graduate, B. Tech, / B.E.,  in Sales / Marketing / Business Development.
                            or Candidate with relevant Interest or Experience in Sales Coordination activity may apply.
Experience :  3-5 Years and Above.
