Profile and work Responsibilities
including SOPs preparation and also exploring digital mechanism and technology adoption in cost effective and best suited. 

Person who can understand the business need and effectively represent HR department
with good communication skills, ontime work completion, lead the change with
humble approach, able to take wise decision and take steps for betterment &
growth of organisation to keep pace with industry scenario and in order to
improve employee experience.

HR policies implementationPolicy adherence, best practices documentation,
assisting management to follow best policies and legal paperwork form HR
perspective and embracing technology.

Assist in creating platform and mechanism for entry level recruitment.

Recruitment process Entire cycle end to end making sure no work loss due to vacant
position, Arranging assets delivery/pickup (confirm all working) for new
joiners/leavers, Training to new joiners.

Budget preparation and Actual tracking.
Succession planning, recruitment planning, hiring within budget, creating data base of potential candidates.
Payroll records, Bank details and Monthly Salary preparation,
Liaison with teams handling client over job status / training / challenges / issues /
requirements etc. Training calendars and arrangement.

Team Performance management and Job management to make sure jobs delivered on time to clients.
PF and HR laws compliances as applicable on company’s clients.

conducting interviews, preparing JDs, recruitment referrals, salary negotiations, interviews for senior position,

Employee engagement activities, campus interviews as required,
Time attendance, leave management, Offer letter, Exit interview,
Policy adherence, best practices documentation,
Employee benefit program, handling complaints, conducive environment for employee
grievances within TAT, and Other office related work.

Maintaining list of company assets confirm safe and working. (disposal proposal)
Meeting and co-working space arrangements.
Vendor liaison/Online order wherever required,
Liaison with various Clients over emails, Ensuring regular calls and all email
correspondences with client and office team related to jobs, Minutes of meeting
wherever required (subject to availability and understanding of business flow)

Other works and responsibilities assigned by management.

Requirements and skills
Work experience as a Head/Senior of HR Operations or similar role
Experience with Human Resources Information Systems including payroll tools
Experience in designing compensation and benefits programs
Leadership abilities
MBA in Human Resources Management.

Location should be within 5-10 kms from office at Janakpuri office located near Janakpuri  West metro station.
