North Zone. Sales Head.
Business Development: New salons onboarding across the country.
P&L for North and East India market by handling primary and secondary salon sales for the company.
Finalizing TOT and Plan & Initialise JBP keeping in view the business goals.
Achieved an overall YoY growth of 2X for the revenue of the organization.
Conducting regular market analysis to gather information on competitor brands and consumer trends.
Market Expansion to improve visibility & increase commercial success.
Ensuring that cordial relationships are maintained with all existing Key accounts to drive repeat revenue for the firm.
Analyse sales data to understand how to positively improve the SKU performance.
Liaising with other departments like Supply Chain, Marketing, Onsite teams and other required internal stakeholders.
Track performance against the goals regularly for team, provide constructive feedback with relevant examples, and take corrective actions.
