-Lead engineering team for end-to-end product development right from concept/design till testing and evaluation.
  Directing NPD projects as per budgets and delivery time-lines
- Lead and create a pipeline of product
  innovations after competition bench-marking and with significant business impact
- Manage overall team development in terms of functional and managerial skills while tracking team performance
- Knowledge in Plastic, Metals others Originate new products in concert with customer needs and business model.
  Design and develop a product or product family
- Develop and review design prototypes, perform test and finalize product design to facilitate mass production.
   Knowledge in Design software AutoCAD, PRO/E, etc. and knowledge in MS Office, Adobe Illustrator, Coral draw etc.
- Analyze new components, materials, and technologies to evaluate functionalities for all new product development.
- Prepare comprehensive project plans with technical objectives and detailed cost estimates.
- Analyze product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of projects.
- Must be capable to make good presentations to explain the problems of samples produced by understanding the products assembly designs and requirements.
- According to Part defects, can provide suggestion, analysis, and improvements.
- Validate engineering changes request from customer.
- Sound technical and design knowledge in Mechanical considerations for products development.
- Hands-on, detailed product design or prototyping experience.
- Must have experience in maintaining standard ISO parameters.
