Job Description – CRM / Back Office Job Profile ● Act as point of contact for Customer Coordination and escalate issues as appropriate. ● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Senior Management) to address Customers needs. ● Preparing Quotations, Offers, PO’s etc. ● Follow Ups with Clients for Quotations. ● Email Handling via Outlook / Gmail.
