Job Description – CRM / Back Office
● Act as point of contact for Customer Coordination and escalate issues as appropriate.
● Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Sales, Engineering, Senior Management) to address Customers needs.
● Preparing Quotations, Offers, PO’s etc.
● Follow Ups with Clients for Quotations.
● Email Handling via Outlook / Gmail. Maintaining, Rental chart .
● GEM Tender
● Respond to complaints from customers and provide support when required.
● Inter- Department Coordination.
● Supporting the sales team with internal sales information.
● Team Player with a high level of Dedication.
● Good command over English and Business Communication.
● Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Gmail etc.
