3.Follow up with internal customer care team and Active with customer Care follow up for smooth pickup connections and delivery on time, Prepare Cumulative MIS
4. Customer visits & retention 5. Resolve operational queries related to Shipment documents/material shortage/NDR/misplaced and other activity regarding operations with customer care
