Roles & Responsibilities:
Interface with department heads for various vacancies across Cream Bell.
Source relevant profile and conduct preliminary round of interview.
Coordinate with department heads for subsequent round of discussions.
Make offers and close the vacancies within the given turn-around-time (TAT).
Maintain MIS Tracker for all the positions.
Support HR operations (Documentation, Onboarding & Induction).
