Must be Have Good Excel Knowledge
Should Be Graduate With Good Commnucation Skills

Job Profile

Must Have Knowledge Of Excel,
Review of daily dispatch plan vs. actual sale and gap analysis to avoid failures.
Maintain minimum inventory level and safety stock in FG.
Maintain Transport Database
Ensure timely dispatch of material with proper follow up from transporter.
Monitoring and controlling of daily consumables in dispatch.
Quarterly review of inventory and gap analysis in inventory.
Knowledge of Kaizen, 5s, FIFO and LIFO.
Ensure optimum utilization of the resources. Work as per DWM and review daily check points.
Handling fleet of vehicle & transporters for ensuring timely delivery and transit norms.
Monitoring and Streamlining the system and procedures for inventory management.
Implementation of Standard Operating Procedures within dispatch and training team members in maintaining
compliance with these procedures.
 Follow up with PPC & Production to get material as per Dispatch plan.
Reviewing daily MIS & taking CAPA wherever needed. Handling associate’s grievances and resolving issues.
Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
Maintain Proper Digital Documents Related To Dispatch.
Coordinate With JobWork Vendors and Maintain MIS of

Job Work.
• Coordinate With Purchase For Availability Of Raw Materials.
