Profile :- Production Manager 
Qualification- B.Tech / M.Tech - Mechanical, Metallurgy
Salary- Upto 40-60K /- CTC
Location- Sec-58, Faridabad
Experience- 10-15+ years experience required in Sheet Metal Industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Heading Production  operations of Sheet metal.
• Experience in Plant Operations, Manufacturing and Project Management.
• Ability to handle multiple roles in Plant Management, System Implementation and Project Management.
• Candidate should have experience in handling the complete facility development, project establishment, operations, entailing planning, department budgeting on consumables, capital, spares, resource planning, utilization, manpower planning, recruitment and Engagements.
• Ideally areas of improvement and implementation of Business Excellence Models
• Good understanding of TS 16949/ISO 14001/OHAS & other global standards, including PPAP, six sigma, vendor rating
• Good overall exposure to costing and manufacturing process of castings, forgings, sheet metal, HPDC, heat treatment, machined parts, Gaskets & rubber items and proprietary items.
• Prior experience of leading a team
• Develop and implement strategies to select, develop and strengthen supplier base for competitive cost, quality levels and shorter lead time for development/production.
• Provide oversight to interface between vendors and engineering/ quality team for component development process and quality and engineering standards.
