We are Looking For Customer Care Executive

Job Summary:

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for
addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer
satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the
ability to effectively navigate various communication channels.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media in a timely and
professional manner. 
Handle and resolve customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives
within established guidelines.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions via inbound and outbound calls.
Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams or management.
Stay up-to-date with product and service information, promotions, and company policies.
Participate in training sessions and continuous learning opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative for 1 year.
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or college degree preferred.
Fluency in English languages is preferred.
Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends, if any
