Roles and Responsibilities HR Roles and Responsibilities
1. Recruitment of Blue Collars workforce through Contractors/Posters/ Personal/ Social Contacts
a. Get manpower requirement from all respective supervisors as per format
a. Maintain a list of vacancies as per format and updated every week
b. Replacement of Blue collar workers should be on immediate provide to avoid loss of production
c. Identify buffer in production team
2. Attendance punching & new employee registration in software (Starlink)
3. New employee documentation as per company norms
a. Induction of new employee as per norms
b. Daily feedback from new employees (upto 1 month) as any issues faced. Resolve issues or escalate issues to your reporting manager on the case may be
c. Training schedule to be planned for next 1 month, 3 Months & 6 Months
d. Maintain progress report & submit every week in a given format
4. Release Daily MIS Reports- Daily Miss Punch Report/ Daily Absenteeism/ Daily OT Report/ Daily pending Report
a. Maintain discipline as per company rules & regulations
b . In case of any discrepancy report in writing format to the reporting manager of the miscreant
a. Maintain safety, PPE norms as implemented in organization Admin Roles and Responsibilities
5. Admin Work- Housekeeping schedules/ Building maintenance Schedules (Plumber/ carpenter or other Maintenance Work)
a. Ensure working conditions of all appliances installed for employee convenience
b. Maintain a process of reporting of any breakdown or malfunctioning by employees in writing
c. Identify the building breakdown/ maintenance requirement. Get the budget approval in advance and get it repaired
d. Maintain Tea, Coffee & refreshment for employees & guests
e. Ensure cleanliness as per defined schedule for daily cleaning & deep cleaning
f. Play active role in leading 5S activities
g. Organize employee engagement activities during festivals and celebrations
Who Should Apply
1. Male candidate with Experience of any type of industry
2. Should be comfortable in talking to people
3. Should have minimum 10 years experience
4. Should be proficient in MS Office/Google Docs, MS Excel/ Google Sheets,/ Google
Slides
5. Should be in age bracket of 30 to 40 years
6. Salary Range - 35K to 55K depending on qualification and Experience
