Roles and Responsibilities

1.Study and high light key point senquiry documents

2.If clarity is missing talk to customer with Sales in loop

3.Tech Spec preparation at the time of o?er Preparation

4.If item is being procured for ?rst time

5.Float RFQ to vendors with purchase in loop

6.Enter these details in 1st time procurement

7.Share comparative o?er to Purchase team to ?nalize negotiation and con?rm

8.If the reis any missing data or pricing ?nalize and inform sales before negotiation

9.If any comments from customer, create CRS and Reply

10.If clarity is missing talk to customer with Sales in loop

11.Highlight was is acceptable,not acceptable, technically not suitable, etc

12.Send it to Sales team

13.If the reis any discrepancy highlight it inform of at able to sales

14.Data sheet of instrumentation

15.Hook Up Drawing of Instruments

16.Junction Box Drawing Preparation and Veri?cation

17.Wiring BOM

18.Instrumentation Excel BOM

19.Instrumentation ERP BOM

20.Create a purchase code of items which is not available in ERP.

21.Raise PR duly approved by design at ed authority of approved ERP BOM items.

22.Handover approved ERP BOM & manufacturing drawing (controlled copy) to Production team.

23.Followup of short items against raised P.O.

Who Should Apply

1.Male candidate with 5 years experience in Instrumentation

2.Should have good communication in English and Hindi both

3.Should be pro?cient in MS O?ce/ Google Docs, MS Excel/ Google Sheets, MS Powerpoint/ Google Slides

4.Should be B.tech (Electrical & Instrumentation

5.Should be in age bracket of 27 to 35 years

6.Should be comfortable dealing with people

7.Salary Range-35K to 45K depending on quali?cation and Experience
