Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for smart, self motivated individuals who have good communication skills, are confident, sufficient experience in Real Estate industry and have a flair for sales.
Original / Fresh bookings in Residential and Commercial Projects.
Facilitate and enable clients to Purchase properties with best possible service delivery.
Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
Set individual sales targets with sales team.
Set appointments with clients, suggest and showcase the properties best suited to them.
Prepare & deliver appropriate presentation on Residential and Commercial Projects.
Negotiate / close deals and handle queries and objections.
Having great knowledge related to the region where the properties are located and provide answers to the questions that clients might have regarding the property, neighborhood, etc.
Collaborate with team Members to achieve better Results.
Contribute towards organizational sales goals and revenues.
Desired Candidate Profile
Self-sufficient and self motivated to succeed in sales.
Real estate sales experience is a must
Excellent communicator with excellent personality.
Dynamic personality and ability to connect with people.
Flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and team playing ability.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Desire to learn.
Computer literate.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: 40,000.00 - 85,000.00 per month + lucrative incentives
Experience: Real estate sales: Minimum 2 years (Required)
Schedule:
Day shift with weekly off
