We are Looking For Engineer Installation, Application Engineer & Service support (Die casting peripherals Division)
Job Location Sec-59, Ballabgarh, Faridabad
Experience 1-4 Year Must
Responsblity
Installation & Integration of Peripherals with Die casting machines
Work in coordination with Supplier & Sales team and support technically
Get Repeat Business from customer with seamless installations and service support excellence
1. PURPOSE: To coordinate with all stake holders
(internally and customer) for effective and timely execution of installations
and service support requirements.
2. IMPORTANCE: Key man in installations, service, and support for peripherals
operation and coordinating with different teams to execute on-ground Zero (Customer shop floor) 3. JOB VALUES: Taking care & satisfying customer like their own team member. Help Sales team and work in conjunction with
other service and support teams, and execute on customer shop floor seamlessly.
4. CONTRIBUTION: develop systems across the business from
the learning’s of failures. Develop down line and take ownership of the system in future.

Trial / Peripheral approval
Dispatch and shipment
Commissioning and sign off
Customer complaints / Warrantee
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Diploma Mechanical / Electrical / ISTC/ CIPET/ B.Tech
2. Must have1-4 years of experience working in HPDC Peripherals Installation or Casting engineering
3. Must have complete knowhow on Auto cad/3D & Simulations interpretation
4. Must be capable to study and implement steps to install.
5. Must have problem solving & troubleshooting mindset.
6. Must have excellent installation and service support carrier.
7. Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES:
Coordination among different parties
Proficiency in Excel, / Power point / Word
V-Tiger / CRM software ? Technical knowledge of MOULDs
Customer communication skills Crisis management
BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:
Prompt, Analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, liaising skills, excellent coordination skills with cross functional department.
