SALES MANAGER

We are looking for Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager

Location of Candidate: PAN INDIA.
Job Profile of Candidate:


·  
Identifying business potential areas & appointing new distributors/ franchisee/ dealer handling the assigned existing dealers ’network in respective territory to achieve specified target.

· Reviewing the performance of team members time to time. Sales calls to key customers/ farmers in the specified territory, conducting promotional events on the regular basis for Sales promotion & Brand building.

· Ensuring the routine service and technical issues of the specified dealers and customers. Implement the policy recommended by the company & to achieve over specific targets/ reports set by managements.

·  Lead the marketing functions OPE products, managing expenses, ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting corporate goals (e.g. revenue growth, profitability, market penetration).

· Create and maintain an organizational culture which encourages innovation, collaboration, excitement/ commitment and asense of urgency to ward goals, and continuous improvement.

  Salary: 
2.40 Lac-5.40 Lac per Annum.

Qualification: Minimum Graduate + MBA or Relevant Degree

Experience: Minimum one year or fresher can also apply.

 DutyTiming: 9:30AM to 6:30PM (Sunday off)
