We are looking for HR Manager

The ideal candidate will manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will ensure alignment with IATF or ISO standards, overseeing documentation, audits, and process improvements to maintain organizational effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with IATF or ISO standards.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes.
Maintain and update HR documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Conduct internal audits and facilitate external audits related to HR practices.
