Role and Responsibilities
Assist the sales team in managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Coordinate sales-related activities such as meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and databases.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, logistics) to ensure seamless sales operations.
Follow up on sales leads and monitor the progress of sales activities.
Prepare sales proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
Maintain sales documentation and update CRM systems with sales information.
Support the preparation of sales presentations and materials.
Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows.
