Work experience (Min. & Max.) 2 to 6 Years

Role & responsibilities
Review technical drawings, and specifications to determine the scope of HVAC work.
Calculate material, labor, and equipment costs, including any
subcontractor services, to develop a detailed estimate.
Create competitive bids and proposals for clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to incorporate
accurate pricing into estimates.
Collaborate with clients and project managers to ensure estimates
align with project expectations and budgets.
Stay updated on HVAC technology, labor rates, and material costs to ensure accurate estimates.

Desired profile of the candidate
Should have experience in HVAC Installation, strong analytical skills.
Good Knowledge of Excel and Word (MS Office)
Good Communication Skills (English/Hindi/Marathi)

Basic / UG Qualification
Diploma / bachelors degree with experience in relevant field OR
Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.
