HVAC PROJECT HEAD

We are looking for Project Head -HVAC

Job Description / Responsibilitie

• Develop project timelines, budgets, and scopes while coordinating with clients, engineers, and teams.

• Manage project costs, track expenses, and ensure the project stays within budget.

• Lead HVAC technicians and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring progress.

• Serve as the point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.

• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project specs and timelines are met.

• Ensure adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and obtain necessary permits.

• Identify risks and resolve issues promptly.

Desired profile of the candidate

• Should have experience in HVAC mechanical piping, plumbing and sheet metal

• Should have sound knowledge of various systems involved in HVAC and should have basic knowledge of design

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Should have a good knowledge of AutoCAD. Shall be able to make changes in the drawings as per Site Installation.

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good Communication.

Work experience (Min. & Max.): 5 to 10 Years

Industry: EPC Projects – Design, Fire and Electrical (Service & Sales)

Location of Job: Pune or as per business requirement

Salary: 45K to 50K / Month Depending upon Technical Expertise and Years of Experience.

Qualification: Diploma / bachelor’s degree with experience in relevant field OR

Equivalent & Satisfactory work experience in relevant field.
