We are looking for Plant Head
Candidate should have experience in Forging Industries
Qualification:  Graduate / B.TECH  (Mechanical )

1. MORE THAN 15 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE overall 

2.10 + YEARS

3. Managing the complete operations of Cold Forging plant

4.Should have good knowledge of, headers , thread rolling, cold rolling ,nut and Bolt Formers  etc

5.Exposure of HEAT TREATMENT / furnace /Hardness

6.Well aware of Platting Techniques

7. ACTIVE PARTICIPATION IN MACE AUDIT (MACE EXP. REQUIRED)MUST

8. HANDS ON  IATF 16949/ MACE ALL DOCUMENTS

9. Review and manage production and operational costs on a periodic basis ensuring strict controls .

10. Supply chain functions while lending full support to Sales team for customer fulfilment.

11. Acquisition and product development processes

12.The plant has a team size of around 80 employees with around 18  team members directly

13. Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and deadlines, ability to learn quickly

14.The objective of this position has to drive the performance and business growth of the plant by

15. Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks in a challenging environment

16. Effective organizational and time management skills

17. Lead the engineering efforts for discussion of new RFQs, RFQ conversion and new part development .
