ROLES AND REPONSIBILITIES :-
ØMaking outbound calls to inform or promote the company’s product or service.
ØHandling the sales deals entirely over the phone.
ØUnderstanding the customer’s needs and wants and successfully closing deals.
ØKeeping track of important information provided by the client and following up with them on a regular basis.
ØContacting a large number of people they regard as “leads” and making their sales pitch to them.
