Position: Asstt. Manager Sales (Clay Desiccants)
Location: Delhi, NCR
Experience: 3- 5 yrs


Roles and Responsibilities

Handling Sales & Marketing of clay-based Desiccants products which control moisture problem.
Identifies market/segment opportunities and sets the segment strategic direction.
Support market development from segment industry vertical/geography perspective clearly articulating segment
objectives/ goals/ strategies/ market/ tactics.
Ensures development/implementation of tactics in line with market expectations & needs.
Support the execution of regional offers and support the strategy in the region.
Support in development of new products
that enhance our core value proposition in line with segment/ industry customer needs.
Customer voice and key business liaison and customer voice with Marketing/ Sales/ Product on - go to market-
planning and roll out of new products.
Develop targeted customer user groups to evaluate new product development/adoption and develop/initiate customer feedback forums in conjunction with Sales.
Drive customer acquisition of new products in conjunction with Sales.
Provide implementation and operational support for new Key Accounts or new products.
Provide direction, orientation, and training to sales, customer service, operations and commercial teams on
new markets; segments; and products.
Provide training and orientation to Indian suppliers who export packaging (regarding quality requirements, export regulations etc.)
Advise internal and external stakeholders
regarding desired procedure and service improvements in doing business.
Acquire business intelligence on market,
players, operations, products and organization to support marketing,
sales; products, & operations; in terms of development.
Act as emergency/escalation contact window for key new customers

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent written and oral communication
(Preferably in English, Hindi, & Other local Languages.)

Having good knowledge of industries of the
allocated region.

Can develop awareness about the product in
the region and manage a good customer relation to develop the market size
for our product in the region.

Candidates who have knowledge in
"flexible packaging"/Industrial Products/ VCI & Non VCI will be a plus.
Ready for pan India travelling.
Interpersonal skills & Good Negotiator
Ability to think in a structured manner
Ability to analyze data and convert into knowledge
Creative - ability to connect seemingly to disparate information
Market knowledge & Segment understanding Tactful and Persuasive
