AM PRODUCTION
As a Production Manager
Mid Level Manager for a Investment Casting Factory
located in Faridabad, Haryana, you would be required to supervise daily
production for Lost Wax Process. This will include checking tooling, moulds,
and supervising production process goes as per the plan while maintaining all
quality SOPS. You would be reporting
to the Production Head who would be working closely with you to ensure all
production requisites are met.
QUALIFICATION & KNOWLEDGE
*Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent Work Experience
* Prior Knowledge of Lost Wax Process
* Basic Technical and Foundry Related Knowledge
* Thorough Knowledge of MS Office (Excel & Powerpoint)
* Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage a production team with excellent problem solving and decision making skills
* Flexibility: Willingness to take on multiple toles and responsibilities to support overall success of the production process
* Communication Skills: Command over Hindi and Understanding of Basic English Language

TASK & ACTIVITIES
Production Plan Based on Order Priority
- Actively assist in creating an effective production plan for Lost Wax Process every month
- Planning the Raw Material for the production planned for the month
Raw Material, Tooling Checking and Sampling
- Checking of Raw Materials and sampling the same to ascertain optimum RM quality
- Checking new toolings for accuracy and effectiveness
Daily Production Monitoring
- Guiding labour to maintain clarity with regards to daily activities
- Timely and Efficient Daily Production
- Providing Solutions and combatting any breakdowns happening during Production
- Ensuring all deadlines are efficiently met
- Ensuring monthly production goals are attained with minimum rejections
- Engaging and managing issues face by the production staff/workers
- Proper storage and accounting of the moulds, castings & raw materials
Quality Assurance
- Implement and maintain strict quality control procedures throughout all levels of production ensure the highest level of precision and consistency in all products.
- Making sure the product has passed the quality test before handing it over for casting.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records of moulding and casting process including quality control checks and production outcomes.
- Provide regular reports to Senior Management on production status, quality issues and process improvements.
