Experience 15+ Year in Automobiles Sector, Preferably in Automobiles Sector / Machinery Industries
Education B-tech, M-tech In Mechanical / Automobiles 

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Lead quality teams to achieve zero-defect production.
Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
Manage IATF 16949 documentation and certification.
Oversee customer audits, SQAs, and MACE documentation.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Analyze data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
Quality metrics improvement.
Audit compliance.
Customer satisfaction
Team performance and development.
Continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
15+ years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automobile/machining industry
In-depth knowledge of CNC, VMC, HMC machines, and machining processes
Strong understanding of IATF 16949, MACE documentation, and customer audit requirements
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt)
