Job Description: Electrical Engineer – Quotations & Technical Support

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Electrical Engineer with a Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer communications, preparing quotations, handling technical discussions, and ensuring the seamless coordination of product pricing and panel drawings.

Qualifications & Skills:

•Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

•Strong understanding of electrical systems and panel design.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•Proficiency in preparing technical documents, quotations, and email correspondence.

•Ability to analyze technical drawings and resolve queries effectively.

•Familiarity with pricing strategies and supplier coordination.

•Proficiency in MS Office and relevant CAD tools (optional).

Experience: 1 to 3 Years in same Industry

Key Responsibilities:

1.Quotations & Pricing:

•Prepare and send accurate and competitive quotations to clients based on their requirements.

•Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to arrange and finalize product pricing.

2.Customer Communication:

•Respond promptly and professionally to client emails, addressing inquiries and providing necessary technical support.

•Maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and consistent communication.

3.Technical Discussions:

•Conduct technical discussions with clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.

•Collaborate with clients on panel drawings, ensuring specifications are met and addressing any technical concerns.

4.Coordination & Documentation:

•Work closely with internal departments, including design, procurement, and production, to ensure smooth project execution.

•Maintain accurate records of quotations, communications, and technical documents.
