TOOL ROOM MANAGER

We are looking for Tool Room Manager – Sheet Metal Press Shop

Location: Prithla

Reports To: Operations Head

•Education:

•Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool Engineering, or a related field. A certificate in tool making or machine tool operation is an advantage.

•Experience:

•10+ years of experience in tool room operations within a sheet metal press shop or manufacturing environment.

•Skills:

• knowledge of sheet metal press shop operations, tools, and dies (e.g., stamping, cutting, bending).

•Proficient in tool design, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

•Strong leadership and team management skills.

•Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.

•Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

•Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
