PRE-REQUISITES:
Experience: 5+ years in builder project sales
Must have: Laptop and 2-wheeler
KEY ROLES:
• Exhaustive list preparation of all on-going residential projects in Pune & surrounding cities
• Target end clients with apartment value upwards of 3 Cr+
• Generate 30+ well qualified leads per month (end clients who are getting their interior work done)
• Relationship building with builder sales people, brokers, security agency & pmc & industry bdm to generate on-going project leads
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Candidate must have well-established relationships with builders and their sales team
• Experience generating direct client name and contact who are in midst of getting their interior work done
• Track record of achieving 30+ qualified leads every month through offline channels
• Aggressive approach
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong follow up skills with prospects
• Must be open to travelling (intercity & intracity)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Prospecting - Developing a list of target real estate developers and projects
• Cold calling and visiting sales team in builder office
• Collecting data from housing societies for ongoing projects & generating end client data for possessions given
• Generating end client leads through project scouting and finding out architects and pmc working on the project
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking in fraternity
• Present brand offering, products and services to leads
• Arranging showroom and factory visits and meeting with directors
• Strong and timely follow up with prospects
• Visiting real estate trade show to build relation with builder sales team and get data on new and ongoing real estate projects
