CTC: Upto 4.5 Lakh 

Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin professional to oversee human resources
and administrative operations at our manufacturing facility.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in contract labour management,talent acquisit on,
statutory compliances, and general administrative functions within a factory environment.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
•  Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
•  3-5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles with in a manufacturing or factory

Preferred Qualifications:
•  Experience in the FMCG or manufacturing industriesis highly desirable.
•  Strong knowledge of local labour laws and factory regulations.
