Job description
Compliance officer- He will be responsible for Compliances officer
who is having experience of ISO 18001 and ISO 14001 Audits 
Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
Developing and Implementing Compliance Policies
Conducting Audits and Risk Assessments
Investigating and Resolving Compliance Issues ISO 14001

RESPONSIBILITY
Understanding federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as industry-specific regulations.
Ability to carefully review documents, policies, and procedures to ensure they comply with legal standards.
Ability to analyze complex regulations and data to identify compliance risks and develop solutions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills for explaining compliance requirements to
employees and management.
Ability to address and resolve compliance issues effectively and efficiently.
Capability to manage multiple tasks, maintain detailed records, and handle complex compliance projects.
High level of integrity and ethical standards to ensure adherence to legal and organizational norms.
Skills to develop and deliver training programs to educate employees about compliance issues and policies.
Ability to assess compliance risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Keeping up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that affect HR practices.
Familiarity with HR software and compliance tracking tools.
Skills to handle disputes and conflicts related to compliance issues.

TASK AND ACTIVITY
Maintain DWM on a daily basis.
Monitor and review updates on federal, state, and local labor laws and industry-specific regulations.
Investigate reported compliance issues or employee grievances.
Perform routine audits of HR processes and practices to ensure compliance.
Meet with management to discuss compliance issues, policy changes, or risk management strategies.
Keep detailed records of compliance-related activities, including training sessions, audits, and investigations.
Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified compliance risks.
Utilize HR software and compliance tracking tools to manage and monitor compliance activities.
Keep up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and best practices in HR compliance.
