Job Description
• Develop and implement executive sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Primary Job will include Getting the right talent , executively till open positions according to budgets & within the desired hiring cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to enhance our employer brand and promote our company culture to attract top talent
• Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to track hiring progress, evaluate the electiveness of sourcing strategies, and identify areas for improvement
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, proposing innovative ideas to improve our recruitment strategies
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing candidates to on boarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Requirements
• 2-5+ years of experience in talent acquisi0on or recruitment, preferably in a manufacturing company having a fast-paced environment.
• Candidate must be familiar with job portals & social media platforms. Also,
must be able to devise creative methods of sourcing employees either through networking, campus hiring, employee referral etc.
• Candidate should have a strong referral & data network with top recruiters to ensure minimum turnaround closure 0me.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.Qualifications
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administra0on, or a related field.Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors / Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2 -5 years of experience in HR and Admin roles with in a manufacturing or factory
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the manufacturing industries is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and factory regulations.
