Job and responsibilities
Responsible for QC Section and take care of timely and quality production in all sections of Factory.
In process inspection of Gear Shop.
Final Gear box testing and inspection.
Fan static balancing and drive shaft dynamic balancing.
Ensure proper chemical treatment of wood.
Ensure fitment of fabricated items (Headers, Motor, fan, driveshaft ,Gear weldment& motor weldment)
In process Inspection Final Inspection of FRP Panels after manufacturing.
To Monitor power factor and power bills in monthly basis and will develop methods/arrange
devices/equipments/accessories/solutions to lower existing high power bills and look after maintenance of all machine,
equipments D.G sets, Electric Panels and other utilities.
Will attend and solve fitment/Quality products facing by our erection staff at sites, will conduct
training of erectors at factory related with fitment and alignment problem of equipment at site.
To create and maintain all updated documents, Registers etc. related with Q.C.
To prepare QAP for all in house and bought out products and keep records of the same.
To collect all the TCs of incoming material & keep in safe custody.
To inspect the materials during production and prepare report as per QAP.
To prepare report of finished products as per QAP of client.
Review of TC of incoming Raw material & point out any discrepancy found to Management Executive, Works
Manager & Purchase officer/Stores officer.
Responsible for preparation of QA & QC procedure and documents as per client/project specifications.
To carry out all stage wise inspection from raw material to final delivery of material like erected C/T
inspection, welding quality, final dimensions, painting & finishing of Cooling Towers visual colours match of FRP panels & all components.
To prepare QAP/ITP as per project requirement.
To prepare inspection report and co-ordinate with TPI/ Client representative.
Responsible for maintaining standard quality for the products so as to meet company as well as client’s requirements.
To conduct test as required for solving any solving any technical problem that may come during production.
Responsible for all activities for incoming material and in process quality control.
To do Root cause analysis for any complaint that may come from client.
To gain knowledge of testing procedure for our products at the earliest.
Quality of all products that are being manufactured by Paltech and bought out from various vendors is to be
monitored. The products including MS fabrication items, FRP Panels, Fan Blades and FRP Sheets, Wooden and Plywood
components fabrication, Gear Boxes, Drive Shafts manufacturing etc.
Coordinate with lab Engineer to get products tested for making better Quality Products, procedure and documentation.
Review of TC of Raw material.
Update our Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes and improvements.
Audit our systems based on ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 requirements.
Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per
order). Review current blueprints and quality documentation.
Develop inspection methods to analyse product quality.
Improve product quality by making recommendation for change.
Implement method to inspect, test and evaluate reliability, precision, reliability and accuracy of
processes, products and production equipments.
Ensure process control documents adhere with set requirements.
Assist disposition process by involving in failure analysis and suggest corrective actions.
In- process and final inspection of our Product/ Processes/ Lab in our Factory with inspection
agencies/ 3rd party agencies/ Inspection from Clients.
Quality inspection of technical components, acceptance tests, performance tests.
