Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Electrical Components Marketing Specialist to join our team.
This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies for electrical components,
with a focus on driving product awareness, demand generation, and market growth.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the electrical component industry and a passion for creating
innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with engineers, distributors, and OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the electrical components sector. Use insights to inform marketing strategies.
Product Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging for various electrical components, emphasizing unique selling points and benefits for targeted customer segments.
Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote electrical components. Track and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs and ROI.
Product Launches: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including the coordination of marketing activities and communication plans.
Qualifications:
_ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related field.
_ 3-5 years of experience in marketing electrical components or technical products.
_ Strong understanding of the electrical component market and customer needs.
_ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development.
Preferred Skills:
_ Experience in B2B& B2C marketing, particularly with industrial or technology products.
_ Familiarity with electrical industry standards and certifications (e.g., IEC, UL).
_ Knowledge of the latest trends in automation, IoT, and energy efficiency.
_ Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) and marketing automation tools.
