Key Responsibilities: • The Production Planer Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, ensuring alignment with production capacity and customer demand.
• Monitor production processes and adjust plans based on fluctuations in demand, equipment failure, or resource shortages.
• Analyse production capacity and resource utilization to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure that the production plans are achievable, considering constraints such as labour, materials, and equipment.
• Coordinate with the production floor team to ensure production schedules are adhered to.
