Responsibilities: Managing of Projects from conception, Project Scheduling & Planning, Having goods communication and sharp mind to see construction Execution, & billing and costing scope of works and formulates the quantum of work. Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation and execution of contracts. Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
