Hi We Are looking for Sr. Customer Coordinator / Sales Coordinator 
Experience - 7 to 10 Years
Salary 40 to 45K
Job Location - Village - Nangla Bikhu, Prithla Industrial area , Palwal (HR)

Roles and Responsibilities
1.    Overseeand manage the post-sales order process,ensuring that all ordersare processed accurately and promptly.
2.   Track orders from sales closure to delivery, handling any post-sales issues or discrepancies.
3.   Communicate with the logistics team,warehouses,orshipping companies to ensure timely delivery.
4.   Act as the main point of contact for customers after the sale is made ,addressing queries,concerns,and feedback.
5.   Provide status updates to clients regarding the delivery process,productavailability, orserviceinquiries.
6.   Manage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
7.   Maintain detaile drecords of customer interactions,orders,and anypost-sale activities.
8.   Collaborate with in ternalteams (suchas Enhanance,logistics,product,and customer service) to ensure the successful delivery and after sales support for customers.
9.   Ensure all tasks are completed according to company policies,customer expectations,and deadlines.
10. Work closely with the sales team to provide any necessary post-sales supportor information.
11.   Buildand maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and professional communication.
12. Identify opportunities to up-sellorcross-selladditionalproducts and services to existing customers,driving customer loyalty.
13. Ensure that all customer inquiries and requestsare  responded to within set time lines.
